Green Light is a behavioral‑health and youth‑development hub for pre‑teens, teens, and young adults who need structured support, emotional development, and a community that believes in their potential. Our programs combine evidence‑based therapy, experiential learning, leadership development, and entrepreneurship training to help youth regulate emotions, build resilience, strengthen decision‑making, and grow into the future leaders they aspire to be.
We focus on the whole person — their voice, their values, their confidence, their creativity, and their ability to navigate real‑world challenges. Youth learn life skills, financial literacy, business basics, communication, planning, and self‑advocacy while also engaging in movement, mindfulness, art, and music production in The Studio. And because young people thrive when their support systems thrive, Green Light also offers coaching, workshops, and community events that empower parents and caregivers with tools to strengthen connection, reinforce skills at home, and grow alongside their child.
A three‑day‑a‑week therapeutic experience built around three intentional components:
A guided space to talk openly about life, challenges, identity, and who you aspire to become. Youth share with peers who understand them and with an Experience Guide who knows how to help. Focus areas include:
Youth explore excellence through the seven virtues — trust, compassion, courage, justice, wisdom, temperance, hope.
Hands‑on training in breaking harmful cycles, building resilience, and creating new patterns. Youth learn CBT/DBT‑based tools to manage emotions, address triggers, resolve conflict, collaborate with others, follow through on commitments, and make healthier decisions.
Experiential therapy is the heartbeat of The Studio. It transforms traditional talk therapy into something youth can feel, practice, and live. When young people engage their minds and bodies at the same time, they become more comfortable processing emotions, exploring identity, and trying out new ways of being — all while doing activities they genuinely enjoy.
In The Studio, therapeutic themes come alive through creativity, movement, and mindfulness. Youth learn by doing, not just talking. They explore:
The Studio is where insight becomes practice, where learning becomes action, and where youth discover that growth doesn’t just happen in conversation — it happens in motion, in creativity, and in the courage to express themselves.
A private, supportive time to talk about what’s going on under the surface — what’s heavy, what’s improving, and what you need next. Youth meet one‑on‑one with a clinician who listens deeply and helps them make sense of their experiences.
A leadership‑centered, behavioral‑health‑informed camp experience where youth create their own Rules of Conduct, practice citizenship, build community, and explore identity through movement, creativity, and teamwork.
Programs that help youth develop their leadership voice, build entrepreneurial mindsets, practice responsibility, and step confidently into their power as creators, problem‑solvers, and emerging leaders. At Green Light, young people don’t just dream about ideas — they learn how to build them.
They explore the fundamentals of starting a business, from identifying a need to designing a product or service, planning steps, and understanding what it takes to bring an idea to life. Youth also strengthen their financial literacy, learning how money works, how to budget, how to invest in themselves, and how to make informed financial decisions that support their future goals. Green Light gives them the skills, the confidence, and the momentum to move forward with purpose.
Workshops, coaching, and community events that strengthen the entire support system around each youth — because growth doesn’t happen in isolation. At Green Light, we equip young people with essential life skills like communication, planning, emotional regulation, self‑advocacy, and financial literacy, while also offering life‑coaching spaces where they can set goals, build confidence, and practice real‑world decision‑making.
And we don’t stop with the youth. Green Light supports parents and caregivers through workshops that build understanding, connection, and practical tools for navigating their child’s development. Families learn strategies for communication, stress management, leadership at home, and how to reinforce the values and skills their children are practicing in the program.
When the whole support system grows, youth move forward with more stability, more encouragement, and more momentum — because when the light turns green, everyone moves together.
